In HelloMe, agents are businesses or individuals that help process transactions on behalf of HelloMe β€” for example:

  • Sending Agents: Who send or disburse payments.
  • Receiving Agents: Who receive or collect payments.

The Manage Agents sub-module lets admins:

  • See all agents in one place.
  • Filter agents by business name, prefix, country, status, or type.
  • View full agent profiles.
  • Add new sending or receiving agents.
  • Edit agent details.
  • Delete agents if needed.

Agents expand HelloMe’s reach by:

  • Acting as trusted local partners.
  • Handling local disbursements.
  • Collecting payments.
  • Providing local compliance and KYC checks.

The top filters help admins find agents quickly:

βœ… What Happens When an Admin Clicks Profile​

The Profile view shows:

  • A summary at the top with the agent’s avatar, prefix, and business name.
  • Address, phone, and email.
  • Register date.
  • Tabs for:
    • Personal Info: Basic business details.
    • Documents: Uploaded documents if any.
    • KYC/Comments: Compliance notes.
    • General Info: Detailed business info like address, categories, time zone, risk level, and app ID.
    • Contact Info: Phones, emails, website, fax.
    • Contact Person: Main contact’s name, address, phone, and email.
    • Settings: Permissions for what the agent can do, e.g.:
      • Can create transactions?
      • Held new transactions?
      • Can exceed limits?
      • Can change rates or service charges?
      • Can add new deposits?
      • SMS/Email notifications enabled?
      • Can process card payments?

The admin can use this to verify the agent’s details and permissions.

  • Opens the Edit Agent form.
  • Admin can update General Info, Contact Info, Contact Person, Settings, and upload a new logo.

  • The agent is removed from the list.
  • The agent can no longer process transactions through HelloMe.

  • Add Sending Agent
  • Add Receiving Agent

Adding new Sending Agent

To add a new sending agent, admins must fill:
